Refund policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and available immediately, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect products, corrupted files or downloads that cannot be accessed. Please email pdfguidevault64@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your name, order number and a description of the issue.

We will first attempt to replace or resend the product. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are not normally provided for changes of mind or failure to read the product description. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
